Financial Controller

Join a fast-growing group as Financial Controller, leading group reporting, controls, and compliance while partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and strategic decision-making.

Are you an ambitious and driven finance professional looking to advance your career?

Indevor Group, a fast-growing, award-winning business, is looking for a high-calibre and conscientious individual to join our high-performing team. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are seeking talented candidates to help us scale and support the continued growth of the Group.

We are committed to excellence, high performance, uncompromising standards, and success.

This isn’t a role for someone simply looking to pick up a pay cheque or even just build a reasonable career. We are looking for people who want to become part of our story, those willing to work hard, embrace challenges, and help us deliver on our ambitious business plan while having fun and making money along the way.

We value attitude, capability, and experience. Relevant sector experience is preferred.

This is not for the faint-hearted. But for the right person, it’s one hell of a journey.

About Us

Indevor Group is reshaping the house-building industry through innovation, technology, and a relentless focus on results. Our clients include some of the UK’s leading FTSE 100 companies, and we take pride in delivering solutions that drive real impact.

We’ve built a culture that balances ambition with support, a place where people are challenged to achieve their best while being part of a team that celebrates success together. Our commitment to our people has earned us Gold accreditation from Investors in People and recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for two consecutive years (2025 and 2026), underlining our belief that high performance and a great workplace go hand in hand.

Role Overview

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial control, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting across the Group’s legal entities. This role plays a key leadership function within the finance team, acting as the technical and operational foundation of Group Finance, while enabling the Group Finance Manager to focus on strategic priorities, business growth, and forward-looking financial planning.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing, multi-entity organisation, requiring adaptability and strong technical expertise to support businesses at varying stages of development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
