A global property business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support a complex international finance function during a period of growth and transformation.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a technically strong accountant with proven experience overseeing monthly reporting, group consolidations, and financial control across a large international structure.
As an Interim Financial Controller, you will:
- Lead the month-end close and delivery of high-quality management reporting to tight deadlines.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial results across a large multi-entity, multi-currency group structure.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across more than 40 legal entities.
- Review and enhance internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
- Manage and develop a team of four finance professionals.
- Support technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting, controls, and finance operations.

Requirements:

- ACA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm.
- Financial Controller background within a complex, international organisation.
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
- Team management experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Internal controls experience.
