Financial Controller – Transformation (12-month FTC)
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of month-end close, balance sheet and P&L integrity, and financial controls across a team of 7 (Finance Manager, Senior Finance Analysts, and Finance Graduates). The business is mid-way through a significant ERP transformation, and this role sits at the centre of it - keeping BAU delivery on track while the team adapts to a new system and uses it to strengthen financial controls further.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning the month-end close process, including approvals, reviews and reconciliations, with a fast close target
- Driving continuous improvement across the close cycle and standardising best practice across the team
- Business partnering with Finance teams to support high-quality decision-making
- Coaching and developing the team's project management, technical, and core finance skillset
- Supporting a live ERP implementation, working closely with stakeholders and delivery partners while preparing the team for go-live

What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills, with experience of finance systems such as Oracle Fusion/EPM
- A track record of driving process change through systems
- Experience leading and coaching a team
- Proven delivery and coordination of month-end close processes
