Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a strong background in the hospitality sector? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey, with the potential to secure a permanent leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
- Manage and develop the finance team
- Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc project

Essential Requirements
- Previous Financial Controller experience within the hospitality sector is essential (restaurants, hotels, leisure, bars, catering, or similar)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
- Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred
