Financial Controller | Up to £90,000 + Benefits | On-Site
Our client is a well-established, market-leading technology platform serving a global customer base, with a strong track record of growth and an innovative product offering. The business is entering an exciting new phase and is looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance function.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and a scalable infrastructure to support the business's continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the month-end close process, management accounts, and statutory reporting
- Leading and developing a finance team, embedding best-practice controls and processes
- Managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insight and financial guidance
- Driving improvements to systems, processes, and controls as the business scales
- Overseeing statutory audit, tax compliance, and year-end reporting

About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven Financial Controller experience, ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled business
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on management accounts and statutory reporting experience
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic input and day-to-day delivery
