- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare industry requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls and policies.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
- Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
- Significant experience in financial management or controllership, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with accounting and enterprise resource planning systems.
