Senior Finance Leadership Opportunity – Finance Controller
Client: Rapidly growing international consumer business, PE-backed, headquartered in West London
An integral senior finance role to support FD & COO, driving finance strategies, operational delivery, and reporting—balancing technical expertise alongside commercial acumen in a dynamic, ambition-driven environment.
Purpose of the Role
This strategic finance leadership position will shape and oversee the finance function while ensuring alignment with broader organizational growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of financial controls, reporting, and operational finance—delivering day-to-day efficiency and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance Operations & Close Governance
- Design, implement, and reinforce accounting controls and procedural frameworks.
- Lead the month-end close process; collaborate with auditors and manage tax compliance.

Financial Planning & Strategy
- Lead FP&A (Forecasting & Analysis) and shape finance strategy partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to financial vision, spanning budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet optimization, and cash flow analysis.

- Drive accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting for the board.
- Support nuanced strategic decision-making via data-driven narratives.
