Job Description
Lead the finance function for a high-growth startup transitioning from R&D to production. You will oversee global controllership, international compliance, and manufacturing operations including inventory and supply chain finance. This hands-on role offers the chance to build financial processes from the ground up while supporting strategic growth and cross-border expansion.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end controllership function including monthly close, board reporting, and international tax compliance.
- Manage manufacturing finance operations, overseeing inventory, standard costing, COGS, and supply chain logistics.
- Implement and optimize the finance technology stack to support global operations across the UK, US, and Europe.

The ideal candidate
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 10+ years of experience and significant startup exposure.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including managing complex inventory, bill of materials, and production costs.
- Proven track record in building internal controls and financial processes within high-growth, multi-jurisdictional environments.
