More about the Role
- Leading and optimizing the month-end close process, aiming to shorten close cycles while enhancing the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies, overseeing implementation and ongoing monitoring in alignment with corporate standards
- Conducting detailed analysis of key P&L items, identifying trends through historical and comparative data, and delivering insightful commentary on performance variances
- Driving and supporting SAP TRM implementations and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
- Providing expert-level troubleshooting and support for SAP TRM and FI-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and system integrity
- Establishing and overseeing financial control plans for assigned entities, reviewing control quality, and executing second-level controls to ensure compliance
- Monitoring and following up on risk records identified by internal and external auditors, supporting the implementation of corrective actions and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensuring financial controls across functions comply with local accounting and tax regulations, promoting a robust control environment
- Reviewing and validating quarterly financial packages prepared in accordance with IFRS for Şişecam Group consolidation
- Delivering proactive, timely, and financially sound insights to management, supporting strategic decision-making processes
- Collaborating closely with Regional Controlling, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure alignment of financial reporting with broader business and regulatory requirements

More About You
- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
- British citizenship or approved work permit in UK is must
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience with SAP TRM and FI module
- Strong understanding of treasury processes, financial instruments, and risk management

- Proficiency in MS Office, IFRS and SAP applications
- Analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to solve problems with sustainable results
