An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join a growing organisation in a leadership role. Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, strengthening controls, supporting business performance, and leading a small finance team.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting
- Providing financial insight and performance analysis to senior stakeholders
- Cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management
- Leading year-end audit and compliance activities
- Partnering with operational teams to improve performance
- Driving process improvements and system enhancements
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a finance team

About you:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong financial and management accounting experience
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Commercially minded with a continuous improvement mindset
