We're seeking an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with entrepreneurial people and can deliver successful outcomes in a hybrid working environment.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred).
- Have previous experience within an SME, owner-managed or high-growth business.
- Turn information into practical business recommendations.
- Enjoy improving processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Confident working alongside all stakeholders while managing day-to-day financial operations.
- Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of a growing organisation.

🚀🌍 Your Mission 🌍🚀
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and commercially focused financial support across the business.
This is a broad, hands-on position where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day operational finance responsibilities. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide valuable financial insight that helps drive informed business decisions and supports continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day finance function and finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Leading the monthly management accounts process, including month-end close and reporting.
- Overseeing all core accounting activities, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Producing accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow to support operational requirements and future planning.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business performance.
- Maintaining effective financial controls and continually reviewing processes for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirements.
- Delivering meaningful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Acting as the key contact for external auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies.
