Financial Controller | Fast-Growth Tech | London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
£80k-£95k DOE
We're working with a well-funded, high-growth global technology business on a key hire within their Group finance function — a Financial Controller with ownership of costs across the Group.
This is a business that has scaled significantly and is building the infrastructure to match — think SOX readiness, enhanced controls, and finance transformation. There's real scope here, and real visibility.
The role
Reporting to the Group FC and managing a team of regional Finance Managers, you'll own:

- End-to-end month-end close for all non-headcount cost areas across multiple entities
- P&L analysis — MoM, YoY, Budget vs Actual — and delivery of MI packs to senior stakeholders
- Statutory compliance across Group entities: audits, corporate tax, sales tax
- Technical accounting support for the wider team, including transfer pricing and intercompany
- Design and implementation of financial controls, with active involvement in a SOX readiness programme
- Development of your direct reports across regional finance

What they're looking for
- Fully qualified (ACA), practice-trained.
- Currently at Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Finance Manager level
- Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, scaling business — sector flexible
- Strong technical accounting across multi-entity and intercompany environments
- Transfer pricing exposure is a plus
- NetSuite experience desirable; advanced Excel essential
