A high-growth, Private Equity-backed international SaaS business is seeking an exceptional Financial Controller to join its leadership team at a pivotal stage in its evolution.

With £30m ARR, £10m EBITDA and substantial Private Equity support, the business has established itself as a market-leading technology platform with a strong reputation for innovation, customer delivery and operational excellence. As the organisation continues its ambitious growth trajectory, preparations are already underway for a planned exit event within the next two years.

This is far more than a traditional Financial Controller opportunity.

The successful individual will join a highly collaborative leadership environment, working alongside an accomplished FP&A Lead and reporting directly to a dynamic Group CFO. They will play a critical role in professionalising the finance function, strengthening controls, enhancing reporting capabilities and supporting the wider value creation agenda alongside both the Senior Leadership Team and Private Equity investors.

AI sits at the heart of the organisation's future strategy. The business is actively integrating AI across its products, services and internal operations, creating an environment where innovation, automation and continuous improvement are fundamental to success.

The Role:

The Financial Controller will take ownership of the accounting and financial control environment across an international business whilst acting as a key strategic partner to stakeholders throughout the organisation.

This individual will be responsible for driving best-in-class financial operations, ensuring data integrity, leveraging technology and automation, and providing the financial insight required to support continued growth and value creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
