Role: Financial Crime Business Analyst (Work packages) VP

Location: London, office based 2-3 days per week, the rest remote
Start: ASAP
Contract Duration: Full time role (Monday to Friday) to the end of 2026 initially (inside IR35)

About the Role

Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial crime, regulatory, or policy domains to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting large-scale change programmes and ensuring timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial crime, regulatory, or policy initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Support the delivery of large change programmes, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications

  • Experienced BA, ideally in financial crime, regulatory or policy focused.
  • Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
