Contract Duration: Full time role (Monday to Friday) to the end of 2026 initially (inside IR35)

About the Role
Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced Change Lead with expertise in financial crime, regulatory, BWRA (Bank Wide Risk Assessment), or data and management information (MI) domains. This role is essential in driving and managing change initiatives within large-scale programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple jurisdictions under tight deadlines.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage change activities within financial crime, regulatory, BWRA, or data/MI focused programmes.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support programme objectives and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage risks and issues related to change delivery, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and policies through effective change communication and training initiatives.
- Support programme governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced change lead, ideally in financial crime, regulatory, BWRA or data / MI focused.
- Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
