About the Role
Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced Change Lead to coordinate and drive change initiatives across Investments and Markets. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage technology and data teams, ensuring successful implementation and realisation of outcomes within financial crime and regulatory contexts.

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate activities and communication across Investments and Markets functions to align change initiatives.
- Lead and manage Tech and Data teams to drive implementation progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues related to change delivery; escalate appropriately to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to central reporting processes, providing accurate and timely updates on progress and challenges.
- Support and feed into the communications strategy to ensure clear and consistent messaging across stakeholders.
- Apply expertise as a change lead, ideally with experience in financial crime and regulatory environments, to guide and influence change adoption.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Coordinating across Investments and Markets.
- Managing the Tech & data teams to drive implementation progress, ensure realisation of outcomes, tracking dependencies and risks, feed into the central reporting, escalate accordingly and feed into the Comms strategy.
- Experienced change lead, ideally in financial crime, regulatory.
