Key Responsibilit ies:Conduct high-risk financial crime investigations on business and customer accounts, identifying and escalating suspicious activ ity.Review and recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for submission to relevant regulatory authorit ies.Assess and approve onboarding of new customers, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standa rds.Perform ongoing due diligence on high-risk accounts to proactively identify and mitigate potential financial crime ri sks.Provide financial crime expertise and guidance to operational teams, supporting consistent and effective compliance practices across the organisat
