About the Role
Deloitte Operations are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Financial Crime Policy and Standards Specialist. This role focuses on drafting and maintaining policies and standards within a corporate environment to ensure compliance with financial crime regulations and operational requirements.

Key Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and update financial crime policies and standards to align with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather input and ensure policies are practical and effective.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on policy matters.
- Apply operational knowledge gained from experience working within or for a large banking institution to inform policy development.
- Support delivery of large-scale change programmes, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Experience of drafting Policies and Standards in a corporate environment.
- Experience and knowledge of financial crime, ideally in a drafting capacity.
- Stakeholder management – critical as this will be a key part of the role.
- Experience of working in or for a big bank to bring the operational understanding of financial crime requirement.
- Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
