Finance Data Analyst/Engineer - Wealth/Investment Management
Contract: 6-9 months
We have partnered with a growing Wealth Manager looking to bring on a technically strong finance data analyst/engineer. This business-facing role sits between Middle Office, Finance and Tech, requiring the ability to translate business requirements into robust data solutions and models.
Key Responsibilities
- Own consolidated NNA & AUM reporting (defining calculations & ensuring accuracy)
- Develop Power BI datasets and reporting models
- Conduct data analysis to:
- Identify trends in NNA (Notional New Assets) & AUM (Assets Under Management)
- Detect drivers and anomalies in findings
- Manage stakeholders across Finance and Middle Office, collaboratively defining business needs
- Partner with Technology teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements

Your Background
Required:
- Prior experience within Wealth/Asset Management
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI (model building & reporting)
- SQL (data querying & extracting insights)
- Python (automation & analysis)
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced data analysis capabilities, including:
- Building comprehensive models
- Creating scalable and maintainable reporting solutions
