Finance Director
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid - 4 days in the Central/West London
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to join the leadership team in a pivotal Board-level role. This is a broad and rewarding opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining strategic oversight with operational excellence — and who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional finance position. You’ll oversee the full spectrum of finance operations across multiple entities while acting as the key liaison with a larger international parent group.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and monthly management accounts
- Producing rolling P&Ls, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
- Overseeing VAT returns and statutory accounts
- Consolidating financial and management accounts across multiple UK and overseas entities
- Supervising sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and credit control functions
- Presenting monthly financial updates and forecasts at Board level
- Supporting business growth through financial modelling and business case development
- Acting as the principal contact for external auditors
- Collaborating closely with parent company finance teams on reporting, compliance and internal controls
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
