Build a finance function. Shape the future of a growing hospitality business.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to join a private equity-backed hospitality business at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be much more than the head of finance, you'll be a trusted commercial partner, helping shape strategy, influence key decisions and build the infrastructure needed to support rapid expansion.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is excited by the opportunity to create a finance function from the ground up. If you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are sitting at the board table, this could be the perfect next move.

The Opportunity

As Finance Director, you'll have full ownership of the finance function, developing robust controls, processes and reporting while delivering meaningful commercial insight that helps drive business performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
