We are looking for a resilient and commercially minded finance leader with a strong background in hospitality.
This group is currently operating a collection of successful brands across the country, and it’s continuing its expansion through the acquisition of new sites, a true powerhouse of Hospitality!
Reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with the COO and the founders, the Finance Director/CFO will play a critical role in shaping the business’s financial strategy and supporting key commercial decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple sites
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and business development
- Oversee cash flow, risk management, and compliance, ensuring robust controls and reporting are in place
- Drive operational efficiency through data-led insight and cost analysis
- Manage and develop a finance team of 10, building scalable processes as the business grows
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors
- Manage and negotiate financing with banks and lenders to support group growth
- Optimise debt/equity mix, lead refinancing, and support investment decisions

About You
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience in a senior finance role within a multi-site, consumer-facing business – ideally in hospitality, retail, or franchising
- A strong grasp of both strategic planning and day-to-day financial operations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across functions
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for growth
