Finance Director | Essex | Professional Services
ESSENTIAL | Circa £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
An ambitious and rapidly growing professional services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while playing a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting an exciting period of growth and transformation.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the finance function and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Driving finance transformation, systems improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and performance reporting
- Supporting business growth, acquisitions, and integration projects
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and long-term performance
We're keen to speak with candidates who are:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent senior finance leadership experience)
- An experienced Finance Director, Head of Finance, or CFO
- Commercially minded with a track record of leading change and transformation
- Confident influencing at Board and Executive level
- Passionate about using finance to drive business performance rather than simply reporting the numbers
