Finance Director - Shape the Future - Build the Legacy
Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 + car allowance, healthcare, pension and life cover

- Commercial strategy and operational execution
Ideal Profile Includes:
✅ Qualified Professionals:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA membership
- Veteran FD, Chief Financial Officer, or Finance Director with executive-level credibility
✅ Core Strengths:
- Cash management & working capital expertise
- Earned trust alongside founders, owners, and senior leadership
- Multi-award-winning sectors: Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, Engineering, Field Service or multi-site utilities
- Sharp commercial mindset with advanced financial modelling skills
- Confidence in funding talks, banking strategies, and growth planning
- Focus on automation, tech scalability, and digital evolution in finance
