- Leading the finance function and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Driving finance transformation, systems improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and performance reporting
- Supporting business growth, acquisitions, and integration projects
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and long-term performance
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader with:
✅ ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent senior finance leadership experience) ✅ A track record as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or CFO ✅ Commercial acumen with a proven ability to lead change and transformation initiatives ✅ Experience in influencing at Board and Executive level ✅ A passion for using finance to drive business performance, not just reporting numbers
