Finance & Banking Subject Matter Expert | Benchmark Dataset Author

Key Responsibilities:
- Author complex, multi-step tasks grounded in real-world financial documents—including financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets—each mapped to a clearly defined ground truth output.
- Design objective evaluation rubrics assessing a model’s capacity to reason precisely over structured and unstructured financial data.
- Construct tasks spanning document comprehension, quantitative reasoning, and instruction-following across corporate finance, capital markets, and banking contexts.
- Integrate web search and code execution scenarios into task design, ensuring outputs are verifiable and reproducible.
- Maintain domain authenticity and technical accuracy across all authored content to uphold benchmark integrity.
Core Requirements:
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in one or more finance sub-domains: investment analysis, corporate finance, banking and capital markets, financial management, or financial advisory.
- Ability to identify and encode expert-level reasoning patterns into structured, evaluable task formats.
- Strong command of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and analytical frameworks used in professional practice.
- Experience interpreting and working with complex financial models, reports, and data-heavy documents.
- Capacity to define ground truth outputs with precision, leaving no ambiguity in expected results or evaluation criteria.
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with self-directed workflow and weekly deliverables.

- Document findings and recommendations with concise, well-structured written rationale.
