$90–$110/hr | 15–20 hrs/week | Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author complex, multi-step tasks grounded in real-world financial documents—including financial statements, reports, and spreadsheets—each mapped to a clearly defined ground truth output.
  • Design objective evaluation rubrics assessing a model’s capacity to reason precisely over structured and unstructured financial data.
  • Construct tasks spanning document comprehension, quantitative reasoning, and instruction-following across corporate finance, capital markets, and banking contexts.
  • Integrate web search and code execution scenarios into task design, ensuring outputs are verifiable and reproducible.
  • Maintain domain authenticity and technical accuracy across all authored content to uphold benchmark integrity.

Core Requirements:

  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in one or more finance sub-domains: investment analysis, corporate finance, banking and capital markets, financial management, or financial advisory.
  • Ability to identify and encode expert-level reasoning patterns into structured, evaluable task formats.
  • Strong command of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and analytical frameworks used in professional practice.
  • Experience interpreting and working with complex financial models, reports, and data-heavy documents.

  • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with self-directed workflow and weekly deliverables.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
