About the Role
You will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality financial and commercial analysis. Supporting the preparation of diligence reports, being increasingly involved in client engagements and contributing valuable insights helps stakeholders understand key drivers and risks in a transaction.
You will be expected to develop your leadership skills through the coaching of junior staff and supporting team members where appropriate.
Client Details
A leading Financial Due Diligence team operating in the upper mid-market on transactions with an EV value between £50m - £100m.

Description
- Taking ownership and delivery of your financial due diligence areas
- Working with teams to analyse financial and non-financial information on buy-side and sell-side engagements.
- Contributing to the preparation of clear, insightful financial due diligence reports.
- Supporting interactions with senior management, business owners, and private equity investors.
- Identifying trends, risks, deal breakers and value-creation opportunities.
- Helping to coach and support junior team members in developing strong analytical and commercial skills.

Profile
- Holds a relevant accounting qualification
- Strong financial due diligence and report writing skills
- Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues
