Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Financial Expert role focused on supporting MantraCare’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. The Financial Expert will review and interpret financial data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights to guide strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret statements and prepare clear summaries.
  • Proficient in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for working with quantitative data, trends, and financial models.
  • Effective Communication skills to present complex financial information in a concise, accessible manner.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in or experience with healthcare, digital health, or healthtech organizations is beneficial.
