Eligibility Criteria
Relevant experience within the banking or financial services sector is required.
About the Role
A multi-functional role working collaboratively with expert leaders in the finance department across all aspects of:
- Financial and management reporting
- Financial control
- Regulatory reporting
- Tax duties (as required)
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Control
- Group reporting
- Management and financial consolidation (using Copernic)
- Agreement of inter-company balances
- IFRS 9 provisioning monitoring
- Financing trial balance management
- Financing balance control (collaborating with Financing expert leadership and Finance Porto)
- Production of FX centralization and cash management

External Liaison
- Liaise with external auditors as needed.
Management Information & Reporting
- Daily P&L, monthly MI for steering, and weekly London ExCo reports (Portfolio, Business Line, and budget-holder reporting)
- Monitoring (in tandem with the Financing expert leader) of:
- Financing commitments
- Cost of Risk
- RWAs (Risk-Weighted Assets)
- Ad-hoc management requests
- Assist in preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Indirect cost key monitoring

Regulatory Reporting
- Production of regulatory suite (across all requirements)
AI & Automation
- Identify and implement efficiencies through AI and IT tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes.
