Financial Modeler

Why this role matters You will join the Treasury & Economic Analysis team and be part of the wider Finance department of JERA Nex bp. The team is made up of approximately 10 people working to design and execute the best corporate and project finance solutions. Why you should join us: Dynamic and experienced team with various backgrounds Motivated to support JERA Nex bp’s offshore wind ambitions Exposed to international deployment of renewable energy at a critical time for the energy transition In this role you will: As Financial modeler you will: Perform financial modelling, structuring and scenario analysis including coordination with all stakeholders to gather and understand the most up to date information Participate in the project developments including interaction with internal committees, partners, lenders and advisors Support the preparation and review of internal and external economic presentations Prepare or supervise the preparation of adequate bank reporting and covenants follow-up for the existing offshore wind financings Keep a close eye on financing trends in offshore wind and the renewable industry in general
Who are we looking for? Master’s degree in finance and/or engineering Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project finance and/or power sector finance Proven experience in Excel economic modelling Team-player Hands on, responsible, structured with strong analytical skills Good communication skills What you can expect from us: Working at JERA Nex bp means being part of a global leader in offshore wind, where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability drive everything we do.
