Job Title: Financial Modeller
Location: Remote (Full-Time Work from Home)
Reporting to: Corporate Development Manager
Company: Tower Transit (Part of the Kelsian Group)
About Us:
Tower Transit, a leading bus operating company in the UK and part of the global Kelsian Group, is expanding. As we actively bid for several UK bus franchise contracts and pursue strategic M&A opportunities in the region, we are strengthening our Business Development function.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeller to play a pivotal role in our bidding and corporate development efforts. Reporting to the Corporate Development Manager, you will be part of the Kelsian Group Business Development function, gaining valuable exposure to our Australian head office team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, review, and maintain complex financial models to support UK bus franchise tenders.
- Analyse operational data and translate it into robust financial forecasts.
- Ensure all modelling aligns with current accounting rules and UK legislation.
- Deliver high-quality outputs within challenging timescales and strict tender deadlines.
Requirements:
- Essential: Several years of proven experience in financial modelling.
- Highly Desirable: Experience modelling for operational companies or complex bids.
- Desirable: Previous experience within the transport sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines effectively.
