Financial Modeller
Fintech Company - £400-500/day OUTSIDE IR35 – West London (4 days per week in office)
I’m working with a successful Fintech business who are looking to bring in a strong financial modeller on a 6 month contract. While sitting in the FP&A team - your core purpose will be to act as the heavy-lifting modelling engine for the group's upcoming budgeting cycle. You will focus heavily on building, untangling, and refining integrated three-statement financial models & working on legal entity budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and optimisation of robust, integrated 3-statement financial models to support group budgeting and forecasting.
- Partner with the Head of FP&A to execute the upcoming corporate budget, ensuring legal-entity level budgets are well structured and reconciled.
- Assist with year-end audit preparations.
- Manage and manipulate high-volume data sets, driving post-project cleanup and improving data flows across the planning function.

Your Background
- Proven track record as a Senior FP&A Analyst or Finance Contractor within Financial Services or Fintech.
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel, Power Query) with extensive experience building and auditing integrated 3-statement models.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Exposure to Power BI will be beneficial but not essential.
