What do we offer?
Our Graduate recruitment scheme is the first step towards a career in Financial Modelling. Prior knowledge of finance is not required, as Operis will provide you with all the training and hands-on experience needed to become an expert in modelling, advisory and project finance.

The Analyst Package Includes
- a starting salary of £35,000 per annum, rising to £38,000 on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period
- a £1,000 signing bonus
- 26 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays)
- private medical insurance and health benefit (on successful completion of probationary period)
- matched pension contributions
- in-house training
- assigned mentor(s) from the beginning
- opportunity to study for the CFA qualification
