The Role
The ideal candidate will become a key member of the team, leading and delivering work for diverse clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and review complex three-statement financial models
- Develop forecasting, cash flow, and scenario analysis models
- Analyse working capital requirements and debt facilities
- Prepare outputs for management teams, investors, and private equity stakeholders
- Conduct commercial and financial assessments of businesses
Experience Requirements
Essential
✔ ACA Qualification (a must) ✔ Background in Corporate Finance / Transactions Services (preferably from a Big 4 firm, though boutique experience considered) ✔ Strong financial modelling expertise ✔ Experience in M&A transactions and investment decision-making ✔ Deep understanding of forecasting, cash flow modelling, working capital, and debt structures ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
