Financial Modelling & Treasury Specialist

London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)

£90,000 - £120,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

Finrox is a specialist finance search and advisory partner to the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.

We have partnered with a globally listed natural resources organisation to appoint a Financial Modelling & Treasury Specialist to join its London-based finance team.

Sitting within the Group Treasury function, this role offers the opportunity to work across financial modelling, strategic funding initiatives, cash flow forecasting and executive reporting within a complex international business.

We're particularly interested in speaking with commercially minded finance professionals who have a strong background in financial modelling and executive reporting, together with exposure to treasury, funding, liquidity management or broader strategic finance activities.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative finance team, responsibilities will include:

  • Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Treasury and funding support
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Executive and financial reporting
  • Supporting financing initiatives
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Working alongside external banking partners where required

About You

We're interested in professionals who have built their careers within:

  • Corporate Finance
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Financial Reporting
  • Treasury
  • Commercial Finance

You'll ideally bring:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA(SA), CPA or equivalent).
  • Experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10 or other high-performing finance environment would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills, including cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis and integrated financial models.
  • Strong financial reporting experience, ideally including executive, board or lender reporting.
  • Exposure to treasury, funding, liquidity management or financing activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-performing team.
