We are actively seeking a motivated and ambitious self-employed Financial Planner to operate within the thriving financial hub of London and its surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities
Here is an overview of your key responsibilities for this exciting self-employed role:
- Developing comprehensive, tailored financial plans for clients, factoring in their financial goals and future aspirations.
- Providing strategic financial advice and forming innovative financial strategies to meet unique client needs.
- Guiding clients on budgeting and financial management techniques, fostering improvement in their financial literacy.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of economic and financial developments that may affect client strategies and proactively responding to these changes.
The financial planning services you will provide
Your role as a self-employed financial planner will centre around the provision of comprehensive, bespoke financial planning services. You will craft innovative financial strategies that resonate with client goals and aspirations, offering a truly personalised service.
Furthermore, you will deliver initial assessments and long-term financial projections via the use of industry-leading financial planning and cashflow modelling software.
Lastly, to adhere to the provisions of the FCA’s Consumer Duty initiative, you will demonstrate a detailed understanding of your client’s attitude to investment risk when making product-based and strategic recommendations.

- Wealth Management: helping clients maximise and safeguard their wealth.
- Pension Advice: guiding clients on preparing for a financially secure retirement.
- Financial Planning: developing tailored financial strategies in line with clients’ objectives.
- Inheritance Tax Advice: aiding clients in reducing the tax burden on their estates.
- Estate Planning: ensuring the efficient transfer of wealth according to the clients’ wishes.
- Investment Management: helping clients make informed decisions to increase their wealth.
- Retirement Planning: assisting clients in preparing for a comfortable retirement.
- Equity Release: advising clients on accessing the value held in their property.
- Independent mortgage advice: helping a range of clients secure a mortgage.
- Protection policies: advising on a range of business and personal protection policies.

Qualifications
