Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)
Location: Warrington Area (Remote with local client meetings) Salary: £50,000 per annum + bonuses
About the Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a national Independent Financial Advisory group seeking an experienced Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to take over an established client bank from a retiring adviser in the Warrington area.
This is a servicing-focused role, not a sales position. Ideal for an adviser who thrives in building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality financial planning without the pressure of new business acquisition.
The Role
You will:
- Lead the servicing of an existing client base, providing ongoing financial planning advice
- Maintain and enhance long-term client relationships
- Ensure clients continue receiving exceptional service
- Focus on delivering financial advice while being supported by:
- An experienced paraplanning team
- Dedicated administrative support

Key Details & Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary: £50,000 per annum
- Performance Bonus
- Validation at 3× basic salary
- 25% bonus on earnings above validation
- Bonuses paid quarterly

About You
We’re looking for experienced IFAs who prioritise long-term client engagements and high-quality advice.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
- Proven experience delivering holistic independent financial advice
- Confidence managing an existing client bank (no need for new client acquisition)
- Strong preference for client service over sales-driven responsibilities
- Seek security in an employed position with a pre-built client base
