Job Title: Financial Planner
Location: Exeter

Capio Recruitment are partnering with a highly respected Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint a Financial Planner to join its growing team in the South West.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Adviser to inherit an established client portfolio across Exeter, Plymouth, Tavistock and the surrounding areas. You'll be joining a business that places genuine value on long term client relationships, quality financial planning and collaborative working, providing you with the platform to focus on delivering excellent advice while continuing to grow your client bank.
The business is ideally looking for someone who has achieved Chartered status, or is actively working towards it. More importantly, they're looking for an Adviser who is passionate about building trusted client relationships, embraces new ideas and technology, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

The Role
- Taking responsibility for an established portfolio of clients across the Exeter region
- Delivering holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and wider wealth planning
- Building long term relationships through regular reviews and exceptional client service
- Identifying opportunities to support existing clients with additional planning needs
- Working collaboratively with paraplanners and client support teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Generating new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships
- Maintaining high technical and regulatory standards while delivering tailored financial advice
What's Needed to Be Considered?
- Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum
- Chartered Financial Planner status, or actively progressing towards Chartered
- Previous experience advising clients within an Independent Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A collaborative approach with a genuine passion for delivering first class client outcomes
- Someone who is motivated to continue developing both professionally and personally
