Financial Planner - Private Clients

Financial Planner (Private Clients)

Location: Sutton Coldfield Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week) Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planner to join one of the Midlands’ most highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firms.

This is not a traditional adviser role. Rather than operating independently with a constant focus on generating new business, you’ll become part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional ongoing financial planning to an established portfolio of high net worth clients.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation for putting clients first, investing in its people, and fostering a genuinely supportive culture. Advisers work closely with experienced paraplanners, administrators, and fellow planners, allowing them to focus on providing high-quality advice and developing long-term client relationships.

If you’re passionate about financial planning and enjoy working as part of a team, this is an opportunity to join a business where collaboration, technical excellence, and client outcomes come before individual targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
