About the Role

Tempest Jones Consulting is thrilled to be working with a long-established and highly successful firm of Financial Planners in Leeds who specialise in the provision of holistic financial planning.

They are now seeking an Independent Financial Planner to join a dynamic and supportive team to be based from Leeds on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will inherit an established client bank, providing advice across investments, pensions, IHT and protection, with a focus on private individuals and a smaller element of corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an accomplished business during a period of significant growth and expansion.

Essential Criteria

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning minimum, ideally working towards or with a willingness to work towards Chartered.
  • Proven experience in a financial planning role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in both face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients in a professional and engaging way.
  • A warm and empathetic manner when speaking to clients.
