Financial Planning Administrator

Financial Planning Administrator (Client Executive)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator (Client Executive) to join our team, managing specialised administration support and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Speech: Integral to delivering outstanding client experiences at Progeny, you will collaborate with experienced Paraplanners and Financial Planners, helping clients across a diverse range of needs. You’ll contribute in meaningful ways—and discover opportunities to develop strengths, introduce improvements, and take ownership of parts of your role.

Our team is passionate about client service excellence, and this role updates with opportunities for direct progression and growth into other parts of our Wealth Operations and Corporate teams.


Your Key Responsibilities

You will drive specialised administrative services, ensuring the highest standards with clients and colleagues. Core tasks include:

  • Client Service

    • As the single point of contact for clients, you’ll resolve queries, prepare for meetings, and foster positive client relationships.
  • Documentation & Compliance

    • Maintain comprehensive, accurate client files, reports, and submissions.
    • Oversee documentation lifecycles, ensuring clarity and adherence to best practices.

  • Client Account Management

    • Process all post-meeting actions and support clients with fulfilment within specified timelines.
  • Transaction Management

    • Conduct independent trading—switches, withdrawals, contributions—with confidence.
  • Process Leadership

    • Manage tasks across the Client Executive Centre of Excellence, driving process standards and efficiency.
  • Vendor Engagement

    • Coordinate with third-party providers on submissions and transactions, with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • System & Data Governance

    • Uphold data integrity, ensure CRM accuracy, and maximise platforms for efficient reporting.

✅ Financial Services Background (Minimum 2 years)

  • A robust understanding of financial products and FCA principles is essential. (No formal quals? No problem—skills transfer!)

✅ Tech Savviness

  • Define expertise in Microsoft Office, financial platforms, and data analysis. Meticulous reporting is key.
