Job Title

About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on a maternity cover contract for c.13 months. We are open to candidates working between 21 and 35 hours (3-5 days) per week with availability to start from September 2026.

The Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager is responsible for the organisation’s planning, budget setting and monitoring processes ensuring alignment of the activities to deliver the Corporate Plan.

This is a key role for the organisation, ensuring that we have a long-term financial strategy and workforce plan and ensuring year on year budget management and reforecasting. The postholder will be responsible for the ongoing review of the long-term financial plan and working with HR to build in workforce planning to this.

Location

This role can be based out of any VisitScotland office location across Scotland, with the requirement for face to face meetings across our Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling offices most frequently. VisitScotland operates a hybrid working culture, partially office and partially home based.
