We are looking to appoint a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on a maternity cover contract for approximately 13 months. We are open to candidates working between 21 and 35 hours (3-5 days) per week with availability to start from September 2026.
Role Overview
The Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager is responsible for the organisation’s planning, budget setting and monitoring processes ensuring alignment of the activities to deliver the Corporate Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that we have a long-term financial strategy and workforce plan
- Ensuring year-on-year budget management and reforecasting
- Responsible for the ongoing review of the long-term financial plan
- Working with HR to build in workforce planning to the financial plan

Location
This role can be based out of any VisitScotland office location across Scotland, with the requirement for face-to-face meetings across our Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Stirling offices most frequently. VisitScotland operates a hybrid working culture, partially office and partially home-based.
