About the role
A well-established business is going through a significant period of finance transformation. The team is scaling and this hire is part of a broader build-out.
This is a partnering-focused FP&A role. You'll be working closely with senior leadership, translating financial data into clear analysis that supports decision-making. The expectation is that you understand what's driving performance and can communicate it clearly.
What the role involves
Production and reporting across all aspects of financial planning and forecasting Building dashboards and reporting packs that turn data into actionable insight Variance analysis and financial results commentary including underlying drivers Business partnering with stakeholders on performance, cost drivers and financial implications Supporting business case production including cost-benefit and ROI modelling Contributing to process improvement, automation and system enhancements

What we're looking for
Fully qualified; ACA, ACCA or CIMA Experience in a finance team with a solid understanding of cost and revenue analysis Comfortable operating in a less structured environment and building things out Strong analytical capability with a track record of delivering useful insight Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Clear communicator able to adapt style across different stakeholders
