FP&A Analyst - Hertfordshire

JSS Finance are delighted to be partnering with our client, a successful listed business in Hertfordshire, on the recruitment of an excellent new FP&A Analyst role. The main duties will include analysing and summarising monthly business performance, consolidating the results, production of the high quality informative board packs and management reporting for the board and shareholders.

The Role:

This exciting new FP&A Analysts role will lead, manage and be responsible for:

  • Lead role in managing the monthly business performance analysis and production of the management reporting packs including KPIs, variance analysis and insightful commentary
  • Manage the production of high quality board packs and presentations in relation to monthly results, budgets, strategic projects, M&A etc
  • Liaise with and partnering all finance teams in order to gain knowledge and understanding of the whole business; key business drivers and operational performance
  • Analyse large data sets, understand business performance, key performance metrics and question, challenge and build excellent working relationships with all finance teams across the business
  • Help develop and implement new improved management reporting and board packs materials
  • Assist in all FP&A related projects, new systems and adoption of new technology

Profile:

We are looking for experienced qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) FP&A Analysts with excellent analytical skills, strong communication at levels, ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Essential Experience includes:

  • Summarising monthly results and business performance
  • Production or board reports, with analysis and commentary
  • Ability to present and explain financial information and key drivers
  • Experience in a fast paced large company is ideal

On Offer:

Our client offers a salary of circa £75k plus £5k car allowance and bonus plus hybrid working in the office 2/3 days per week.
