FP&A Analyst Role

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a Group Finance team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly integrate into an established FP&A function, support key reporting cycles, and deliver meaningful financial insight to senior stakeholders. You'll work across group-wide planning and consolidation activities, helping to drive consistency, accuracy and robust decision-making.

As FP&A Analyst, you will be:

  • Supporting the end-to-end Group FP&A planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Preparing and consolidating financial forecasts, budgets and management reporting across multiple business units and programmes.
  • Producing insightful variance analysis, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with business leaders to provide analysis and performance insight across key KPIs.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
  • Preparing senior stakeholder and ExCo reporting packs, presenting complex financial information in a clear and compelling manner.

  • ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Group Finance environments.
  • Demonstrable Group FP&A consolidation experience.
  • Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
