Education
University degree or equivalent
Experience
At least 5 years experience in a similar environment, and at least 2 of which involved budget management.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Communication
Prepare year-to-date monthly business, project, and financial reports for one or more divisions; distil key insights and deliver clear, targeted communication to divisional leadership.
- Project Management
Manage low- to moderately complex projects in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with end-to-end company project management guidelines.
- Business Case & Analysis
Develop cost-benefit analyses for commercial or non-commercial initiatives as well as analysis of the community value and market sizing to support informed and sound business decision-making.

- Analytical Support & Governance
Identify and apply analytical solutions within area of expertise; contribute to senior management presentations, including forums such as Executive Steering Groups.
- Profitability
Support the analysis of the year-on-year profitability variances for a subset of the company commercial portfolio.
- Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and business support; lead the implementation and communication of low- to moderately complex improvements.
- Business Acumen & Strategy Alignment
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key business drivers and strategic priorities within the area of responsibility.
