About the Role
At Miele, we seek an experienced FP&A Director to lead our GB, Ireland, and South Africa cluster. This is not just a finance leadership role—it’s a strategic partnership where you’ll collaborate with the Managing Director and senior business leaders to shape strategy, drive performance, and define the future direction of the region.

- Partnering closely with the Managing Director to(shape business decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive sustainable growth)
- Translating financial performance (sales, profitability, costs, cash flow) into clear, actionable strategies for the business
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across the region
- Evaluating investments, commercial opportunities, and business initiatives to optimise resource allocation for maximum impact
- Leading and developing the Finance organisation, fostering a strong business partnering culture that blends financial rigour with commercial thinking
- Driving finance transformation, process improvements, and standards to enhance efficiency, transparency, and long-term growth
- Ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and oversight of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills
We’re looking for a seasoned finance leader with:

- Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or equivalent roles, with a proven track record in strategic influence and decision-making
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and profitability analysis, as well as the ability to distil complex financial insights into actionable business recommendations
- Strong experience leading high-performing finance teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- A commercial mindset—able to balance financial discipline and business ambition while identifying ways to enhance growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Proven success in cross-functional executive partnership within a multinational, complex environment
- Professional finance qualification paired with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to build stakeholder credibility across functions, markets, and organisational levels.
