FP&A Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid) Salary: £80,000 + bonus Sector: Real Estate DN1111
The Opportunity
A leading, multi-site real estate business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to join its growing finance function. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to senior stakeholders, with responsibility for driving financial planning, analysis, and commercial insight across an asset-heavy portfolio.
The business is undergoing continued growth and evolution, creating an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, commercially minded individual to step into a pivotal role.

The Role
You will play a key part in delivering best-in-class FP&A, partnering closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Delivery of high-quality financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
- Business partnering with operational and investment teams
- Preparation of board and investor reporting packs
- Supporting appraisal and analysis of new investments and transactions
- Development and enhancement of financial models
- Cash flow forecasting and performance tracking across the portfolio
- Driving continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and systems

Candidate Profile
- ACA qualified, trained within a Big 4 / Top 10 firm
- Transaction Services experience highly desirable
- Proven experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles in industry
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Commercially astute, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in asset-heavy sectors (e.g. real estate, infrastructure, hospitality) desirable
