FP&A Manager, London (FTC – Maternity Cover)

Up to £90-110k base + bonus (Hybrid role 2 days in the office)

Join a high-growth, private equity-backed global SaaS/Tech business at an exciting stage of its journey. With rapid expansion and strong investor backing, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact FP&A role partnering directly with senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO.

We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a highly visible role where you will shape strategic decision-making, influence performance, and help drive continued growth across the business. You will act as a true business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with the confidence to challenge, guide, and support senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning cycle, including the 3-year plan and annual budget, working closely with the Executive team.
  • Own and enhance the monthly reporting framework, delivering insightful management accounts and KPI analysis.
  • Partner with the CFO to drive operational performance, focusing on order-to-cash efficiency and cost optimisation.
  • Deliver monthly forecasts, providing clear recommendations to improve revenue, cash flow, and cost control.
  • Support the CFO in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including PE investors and lenders.
  • Champion data governance and BI improvements, leading initiatives to strengthen reporting capabilities and insights.

What We are Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years’ FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Ideally experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including macros).
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present financial insights to leadership.
